Chart $ucce$$!!

The $ucce$$ continues unabated for Dannii's "Touch Me Like That", this week topping the Chaos sales chart. I wonder how high the song would have charted had it been eligible. Top 50?

I only found TMLT in JB-Hi. Maybe they sold out! Your best bet is ordering it online.

Hey Dazzler, I can't wait for Dannii's next club hit!

Dannii's continued $ucce$$ is truly astounding! I bet her skanky old sister wishes she was as immensely $ucce$$ful!

For her next single she should do what Paula Abdul's doing and get Simon Cowell to appear in the video. She could grind her way to further fame and fortune!

Nathan from the Dannii forum has confirmed that TMLT was released in Australia to satisfy "fan and dj demand".

An official "fan release"!!!!

Tommie - I don't want Simon polluting one of Dannii's sexy videos! She needs more lesbian dancers, not strangely attractive middle aged gentlemen!

Johnny - Nathensays really is full of shit. There obviously was no "dj demand" because TMLT only scraped the bottom end of the club charts for a week before disappearing and I seriously doubt Dannii would interrupt a holiday to promote something she knew was chart ineligible. Why can't he just admit that Dannii & co seriously fucked this one up?

I know - Who releases a cd single if it can't chart??? And if there was a DJ demand, then why isnt it being released on vinyl???

In any case, it would be really interesting to see the sales figures....Would it have been a hit??? We may never know.

Dannii's career is an enigma, shrouded in a mystery...

If it was NCQ and would have charted, then it would have been "starred out" in the mids and on the chart proper

eg: When Gnarls Barclay's Crazy was NCQ due to deletion and Dannii got to #20, the chart would have looked like:

19 14 3 Whatever It Was - Whoever
(*** 1 11 Gnarls Barclay - Crazy***)
20 NEW 1 So Under Pressure - Dannii Minogue

so someone at ARIA should be able to tell you - or anyone who gets the Australian version of Music Week.

Hey Bruno, I hope your copies arrive soon. It will be worth the wait!

Hi Jay, there are no Australian mid-weeks to speak of and no real equivalent of Music Week. I e-mailed ARIA to ask what position it would have reached but they can't disclose it.

I bet the people at ARIA was calling Dannii all week to get her to change her mind about being too fabulous to chart, and Dannii was like "nah, you'll never get my fanny, so you'll have to settle for the middle-aged tranny" and ARIA were like "OMGZ plz Dannii" and she was like "this is a message to my fans that I'm officially too holy for the charts" and they were like dead.

What is that? Is it time for my medication? No, I don't want that straight-jacket! I will be back for the next fan singleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

*rofl* at tommie!

I don't think it was Top 50 then if noone knows where it would have charted if it wasn't NCQ. You'd think with all teh "insiders" at the Droid Collective, there would be someone who would be able to find out such information as it would have been passed on to Dannii's management and record label. I might message Tezza on myspace - I just hope he has forgotten I was 7of9...

Record companies get the full top 200 - and TMLT would have definitely featured in that. I think the droid collective aren't quite as connected as they like to believe!
