Dannii Not Assured Of X Factor

It seems we might have all been prematurely excited about Dannii being offered a job as a judge on the UK's "X Factor" talent show. Dannii told today's Daily Telegraph newspaper that the deal is yet to be signed. I really hope Dannii gets the job, this might be the publicity she needs to kick start her fabulous music career. However, Dannii may struggle with being gainfully employed for such a long period of time. Poor Holidannii must be crying on the inside!

Dannii needs some Holidays after AGT...... It's a hard choice: visibility to help her career, or a few weeks in Ibiza. Life's hard sometimes.

I know! Holidannii must be so conflicted. I can only imagine how hard her holiday withrawals must be! Hopefully she will find time to rest on the beach soon.

Dannii hasn't got to where she is today without being able to squeeze holiday time out of even the tightest work schedule - remember she used the Everything I Wanted video as an excuse to bugger off on a Stateside roadtrip to Vegas...

I'm sure your right. I'm think Dannii will suggest that X Factor rehearsals take place on Ibiza - to help relax the contestants, of course!

Poor Dan being so hard up she needs to get a proper job LOL.

She won't regret it though as the UK is such a good place to be employed. Not!

Ok so i found it very interesting that there was tiny coverage of Dannii in heat this week. The Dermot story was a major feature in the magazine. You'd think the new judge would be even bigger news. It wasnt. Dannii and her X factor job was one tiny article at the bag of the mag.

Reading in-between the lines I felt the Dannii must not have the job-yet. Then I read this and it looks likely it was probably just ITV using media tactics to divert attention away from the real judge...

I wouldn't be surprisesd if they had bagged Pish Spice who was rumoured to be up for it...

It's blasphemy! Like when Geri was on Pop Idol...

Hey, I just wanted to say thanks for continuing to update Dannii's Dirty Box - I love reading your commentary about Dannii's super-fabulous career (you know, that thing she does in between holidays!) and have been able to hear some of her more obscure tracks thanks to you. Keep up the excellent work! :)

Thanks again and cheery bye, Scarlett

Scarlett, you're most welcome!

I haven't heard anything new yet. I get the feeling that the X Factor gig might not be going ahead. Surely, we would have heard something by now otherwise?
