Brace yourselves people, "Club Disco" has officially arrived! I stumbled down to my local JB Hi-Fi this morning and found a whopping two copies hidden away under Kylie Minogue! Grrrr! What's worse, both copies were kind of banged up and scratched but I bought them anyway. It really is a fabulous package. The ripped off cover art is lovely and I appreciate the booklet including the lyrics and a pic of the "Touch Me Like That" lesbians! Unfortunately, it seems they have fucked up the Space Cowboy Mix of that classic - yet again. That's not quite as bad as the iTunes release which is selling "Do You Believe Me Now?" under the title "Do You Believe In Me". They have even spelled "Believe" wrong - it's listed as "Beleive"! A little quality control people! The physical version is selling for the bargain price of $18.99, while a digital copy goes for $20.99. Hurry up and buy your copy today! Meanwhile, check out our "Club Dildo" promo if you haven't already. Amusingly, it was briefly the 89th most viewed youtube music video in Australia!!Friday, 2 May 2008

I must have been writing it at exactly the same time! It's a bit eerie - I wonder if every store in the country only received 2 scratched copies! The iTunes mix up is reallly embarrassing...

The itunes mix up is downright pathetic, and the scratches are just annoying.
Maybe it's all somebody trying to sabotage Dannii's release.
But, Not that she needs any help with that, Her management has done a good enough job with that.

Drama on the forum - Nafensays says that the alleged Space Cowboy Mix on Club Dildo doesn't even contain Dannii vocals! Doesn't anyone ever check what Central Station releases here???
On the "scratched cd's issue" I bet Kylie is at JB Hifi Headquarters personally scratching every cd mailed out. That would explain the delays in the X2008 tour reaching Australia!
I wish I didn't have to wait like 3 years for my import copy to arrive from JBHifi...Damn postal service :(

I'm going to another taping of AGT on Tuesday night, I have a good mind to make a massive sign demanding the Space Cowboy mix. Actually, inbetween acts, the warmup guy (who also does a lot of voiceover work for ch:7) wanders around the audience and allows audience members to ask questions. I'll ask him to ask Dannii.
If the mighty nafensayz was as all-knowing and involved as he claims to have been, he would have known this ages ago and would have fixed the "problem" - oops...
well if CS didn't tell Nathan or Dannii about that launch thingie in Sydney last night, do you think that CS would mention the tracklisting fuckups? :unsure:

I went to another JB today and they only had one copy - and it was scratched too. I asked the guy if they had any others and he said they only ordered the one because they still have 30 unsold copies of The Hits & Beyond! LOL
I'll ask CS about the Space Cowboy mix. It's really strange because Carl actually mentioned that mix as a selling point when I interviewed him. I just wish they would fix up the iTunes listing. The spelling mistakes are just woeful...
I got my copy today and Witchypoo-Kylie is up to her old tricks again. Both the copies of Club Dildo were in a box (BOX!!) under (UNDER!!) the CD shelf at JB-HI-FI.
Well in other unsightly news for poor Dannii, it seems there could now be a reason why no one would allow a proper physical release of 'Do You Believe Me Now' Apparantly he has another song called 'Never Enough' (which is previewable on iTunes) that uses the exact same backing track as DYBMN...Once again another of Dannii's heavenly treats is left in the shit - bugger :(

I am in love with whoever made this promo video. AMAZING...
Thank you! I came up with the concept and a lot of the gags (Chloe Lattanzi, Jesus returning for Club Dildo) and Magical Froggy put it all together and added his own twist including the stunning ending. I think we'll have to put our heads together and come up with a sequel if Dannii ever does anything newsworthy again!
Maybe the Space Cowboy Remix of TMLT doesn't actually have Dannii's vocals.
