Nathan has graced our humble website (if you can call it that) with his holy presence and posted the hugely insightful (Dannii is in TV land at the moment - WTF?!) and totally non-egocentric rant you see below on the Droid Board. I'm really not sure why Nathan is getting his knickers in a twist. Yet again. He was the person who brought up the remix stuff up in the first place. I simply checked with Central Station and posted their response. I don't believe my post was mean spirited (the clown picture was firmly tongue in cheek) and I can't remember ever criticising Nathan personally about anything. Instead of being unnecessarily nasty about a fansite that genuinely adores Dannii, Nathan might consider the hours we have spent making videos, banners and forum signatures - not to mention generally whoring "Club Disco" across the internet - and thank us. After all, he's getting a cut of Dannii's profits as her new manager. We're just doing it because we love Dannii.
I've read on another website (if you can call it that) that I'M the one that handed over the wrong mix of this to Central Station. For the record I emailed Jason Nevins and asked him to email the correct mix to Central Station. This was sent direct to them. I can not oversee everything and due to manufacture deadlines there was no time for listening cd's to be produced.
Also - so many people are saying Dannii needs a better team behind her. Also FYI Dannii is in TV land at the moment. These albums (Unleashed / Club Disco etc) are being released for fans - not for any other reason. There is no time for Dannii to focus on a new album at the moment and there hasn't been for the last 12 months.
If people want to hurl insults at me, do so as much as you like. However I'm the one who's pushed and pushed for Unleashed, The Video Collection, Girl (Deluxe), Neon Nights (Deluxe) and Club Disco (CD release) for all you guys. I don't want thanks and I'm not here for my ego - but it's quite upsetting that people can be so unkind over one incorrect mix.

As for these releases for the fans, I'm all for them, unfortunatly there's only so many CD's of Dannii's that I need that contain 'Love Fight'. The CD's are great in theory, I just don't understand why the same material is being re-used over an over again? Maybe Nathan/CS could clarify for us?
Personally, I wish to thank Nathan for all the work he has put in for the fans. If it wasn't for him a lot of the Dannii goodies that we've had over the last few years would still be sat in a vault somewhere. As for the remix issue, I don't think he can be blamed for a mistake made by a company he doesn't even work for.

I'm confused - one one hand, stalker - turned - webmaster / manager nafensays tells us how he personally was involved in the release every step of the way, up to and including getting the correct mixes on the CD (for "the fans" of course) but on the other is blaming Central Station and Jason Nevins for a mistake that apparently isn't even a mistake?!?
Either way, Nathen has once again been telling fibs at some stage (or at least exaggerating his involvement in these "fan releases" which were not designed to cash in on Dannii's new found "fame" as a high profile judge on X Factor at all and simply made because nafensayz confurmd) and the foolish Droids lap it up.
Perhaps if he didn't need to massage his ego by trying to make himself look like the master of Dannii's career and banning genuine fans from her forum simply because they don't fawn over him and can admit that Dannii is not the massive $ucce$$ some people try to paint her as (and can appreciate her for who and what she is, FLOPS and all)then he wouldn't find people being "nasty" to him. And certainly wouldn't need to go around seeking sympathy by posting about how he is being "abused" on other sites....

The bit I don't understand is that there didn't seem to be time to check the tracklisting. If I was in charge of releasing this cd i certainly wouldn't be asking various djs etc to email the tracks directly to Central Station without checking it first. The vocals on the Space Cowboy mix arent even Dannii, and thats really really emarassing!
I know Dannii is in "TVLAND" but surely there was time to do a quick quality control check on the cd? Its not like there's any other releases going out at the moment?
I am appreciative of the amount of Dannii output over the last year, but it just seems every release has some sort of fuck-up - wrong track listings, chart eligibility problems or poor strategic or promotional choices. And we are expected to swallow it as though "fan releases" are an excuse for errors.
Personally I think these fuck-ups are an integral part of being a Dannii fan. You always know something will go wrong at the last minute, but we worship our holy goddess anyway!
Seriously, what is it about Dannii fans and a complete and utter inability to grasp sarcasm and irony? Even my fellow (and soon to be ex-) DDB contributors have revealed themselves as humourless droids!
I don't think anyone has displayed any contempt against Nathan. I personally don't harbour any. We've simply questioned a string of mistakes and bad business decisions. Surely as the very fans being bled dry by Dannii's recent spate of rehashed and re-released albums, we're at least entitled to question why every single product we've purchased has had at least one major fuck up? Saying it's only a "fan release" is a major cop out.
If Nathan can't cope with genuine fan criticism, he needs to find a new job. As for the remix, I couldn't care less about it either. It's complete shit like all the other remixes that were lazily thrown together for the bonus disc. I just think it's reflective of the general incompetence and lack of attention to detail displayed by everyone in Dannii's camp.
As a Toger regular ive heard natty magical froggy & tommie say a lot worse about nathen than mikey over the years. Mikey wil never win a prize 4 his diplomacy skills but at least hes not a complete hypocrite like the rest of you!!!

I'll admit I've probably said some not so nice things about Nathan in the past, but since meeting him my opinion has changed and I'm sorry for any comments I've made.
Having said that, this website is supposed to be tounge in cheek, a humour filled way of looking at the fabulous life of Dannii. I'd much rather read/be involved in a site that can have a giggle about the latest Dannii filled drama than sit there crying like a pathetic so and so because some idiot decided to make Club Disco inelligable or put too many mixes on the TMLT single, so therefore it was classed as an album. Seriously, only something like this could happen to Dannii and that's what makes her so much fun.
I eagarly await Club Disco Part 2, in which some equally crappy Neon Night's era mixes are tacked onto the end of the CD we already have.
I love Dannii's Dirty Box, im glad there are some dannii fans that can be honest about her $ucce$$ and flop$! You can't say anything on the droid board without people breathing down your neck. I don't like that there's another 'chris' on here also from toger sticking up for nafansayz lol, because yes he may have got us all these re-releases blah blah but he could at least have done the job properly rather than be sloppy about it. And then he acts so surprised when he see's/hears a mistake!

Hmmm i agree with anonymous above. I preferred the site before the newbies... Too many non interesting posts now. I don't really give a toss about Dannii being on the logies or the latest episode of Australia's Got Talent. It's just too "oh i love dannii" now. I preferred the old days when a photo of Dannii with hard nips was considered update worthy.
Nathan is a cunt apparantly - his Mother told me as I grabbed the last pen of concealer from her raddled, flaky hands at the YSL counter. She planned to treat him with this "mircacle cure for rosey cheeks" if he fessed up about the remix riddle - he's been wetting the bed and she's been worried sick.
After telling the security guards not to arrest her ("it's ok, she's the mother of the Dannii Minogue messageboard's moderator" - she then signed some autographs), I took her for a Pick N'Mix and managed to find out a few hush-hush secrets about his bizzare "rel" with our Dannii:
- First off, Dannii is actually still happily saving the lives of "skinny Africans" (Nathan has been dressing up as her and fooling us ALL FOR YEARS!!!!)
- Secondly, the Space Cowboy "remix" is a mere hoax to distract Kylie's producers whilst Dannii plans to steal KM's new material (Giving Botox Up, Better The Hornbag You Know As Your Big Sis, Wouldn't Change Another Thing About My Face to name but a few).
Perhaps Nathan wanted to round up his posse of pussy's to invade this place. He shouldn't get involved in anything like this, but the board he oversees spiralled into bile a long time ago - no wonder he has no sense of u'mour.
DDB *is* rather cluttered... almost as conjested as Nathan's complexion.

Thanks for all the feedback. It's good to hear what we're doing right and wrong. I think you guys are being a bit harsh on the newbies. Some of them are in my bad books at the moment (LOL) but they've all tried really hard and have delivered some great posts. Maybe I need to exert a bit more quality control and be more assertive about stamping out all those copy & paste posts, which frankly annoy the hell out of me too!
By the way, I'm drawing the "Club Dildo" winners tonight, so stay tuned!
Oh and Martin, a photo of Dannii with hard nips will always be considered newsworthy on DDB!!

Yes we get the message. People who post in text-speak are annoying. However ronically posting in text speak is just as annoying.

I don't think you came for him all that bad. Anyone professional would've just shrugged it off. Don't let him kill your love for Dannii. I don't understand people who work for these stars attempting to alienate fans who have been loyal. That's what this is about loyality and a strong fanbase.
